The West Shore business community gathered last week to recognize the “Best of the West Shore” for 2015, and Keycorp Developments was pleased to be recognized as a finalist in the newly expanded community awards.

In the new category of “Best New Home Builder / Developer”, Keycorp was named as one of three finalists for our work building communities here in the West Shore. Our projects at McCormick Meadows, McLeod Place, and Echo Vista have earned us recognition from our peers in the home building community, so it’s great to get the recognition from our peers in the local business community.
Favourite Local Sports Team – Finalist:
Victoria Shamrocks
Our colleagues at the Victoria Shamrocks were honoured at one of three finalists in the Favourite Local Sports Team category – although it was anecdotally noted that had the voting taken after the Shamrocks’ championship performance at the Mann Cup, the voting would likely have gone differently. Finally, congratulations to our partners at Verity Construction on being the inaugural winner of the “Best Contractor” category! Verity are busy builders all over the West Shore, but are our exclusive contractors at all of our new developments – we even asked them to build our office.
